We use the information you provide to:
- Review and respond to your membership application
- Communicate with you about krewe events, build days, and announcements
- Send you text messages if—and only if—you have opted in to SMS
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number solely to send you the Krewe du Goo messages you signed up for (event reminders, build-day updates, and krewe announcements). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we protect and retain your information
We store the information you submit in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet used only by trusted krewe organizers. We retain it for as long as you are involved with the krewe or until you ask us to remove it.
